Hamilton Cove, Catalina Island Wedding Photos

Catalina Island is such a special place. It really feels distant from the hustle and bustle of the world. Tucked away, East of Avalon is Hamilton Cove. A beautiful, private sanctuary of gorgeous white condos. Only residents and renters are permitted in. 

This was the perfect setting for Ashley and Cris! It was private and exquisite with the most stunning view of Catalina and the Ocean. With just a few of their closest family and friends, these two tied the knot. 

I started with photos of their gorgeous details from a Tiffany & Co wedding ring, Chanel perfume and cologne, to their Louboutin red bottom shoes. Ashley wrote her vows in a lovely Gucci notebook. What a keepsake! It was sweet to capture the emotions as their family and friends helped Ashley and Cris get ready. 

Ashley did a first look with her father before the ceremony. He was also the officiant! Not a dry eye in the room when he teared up while officiating. They had a lovely ceremony filled with prayer and thanksgiving to God.

Hamilton Cove Wedding Photos

We hopped in a golf cart for some wedding photos around Hamilton Cove! They got married at the top (with the best view of course) so it was a steep road to get down to the beach. Turns out, our cart had trouble braking!!! It was hilarious and we all survived haha. Another charm of Catalina Island is that golf carts are the most popular form of transportation!

 

Descanso Beach Club Wedding Photos

Most beaches are rocky around Catalina Island, but Descanso imports sand! They have the perfect little resort beach.
