Based in Northern Utah and working throughout the Southwest, I bring a calm, considered approach to every elopement I photograph. My work has been featured in publications such as Style Me Pretty, Destination I Do, and Wandering Weddings. I’m trusted by couples who value both artistry and experience.

I photograph with intention — offering gentle direction when needed, then stepping back to let moments unfold naturally. From timeline flow to quiet presence during emotional moments, my role is to create space for you to be fully present, while documenting your day with elegance, depth, and care.

While there are many Utah elopement photographers to choose from, I'm a local that will help you have the best time in this incredible state with beautiful photos to remember it all.

An Elevated Approach to Utah Elopement Photography

WELCOME, I'm Kaci

“Kaci is AMAZING. Our wedding day would not have been nearly as perfect without her.”

The first exploratory phone call with her sealed the deal for us. She is so sweet, caring, and creative! We didn’t really know what to expect but she blew us away with how special she made our day and all the support she gave us leading up to it. You can’t go wrong booking her, and your jaw will drop at how beautiful the photos are. Multiple people have independently told us they belong in a magazine!!

I photograph immersive weddings with a view all over the state. Below are some of my favorite spots to elope in Utah:

Utah offers an extraordinary range of places to elope — from the Wasatch mountains to vast desert landscapes. With so much land to explore, you can celebrate getting married somewhere unique that feels secluded and unforgettable.

The Bonneville Salt Flats in Wendover, Utah is one of the most iconic places to elope. It is unlike anything you have ever seen! Miles and miles of glittery salt.

There is a dry and wet season to keep in mind. In the summer there will be dry white lines and in the winter it floods creating a beautiful reflective shallow lake.

Moab

There are so many beautiful places to elope in the adventurous red rock deserts of Moab. About 5 hours South of Salt Lake City, Moab is the place for outdoor lovers.

Dead Horse State Park, The Red Earth Venue, Arches National Park, Canyonlands, and BLM land are all amazing spots in Moab to elope.

Park city is for the mountain lovers and those seeking a luxury getaway. This is where you will find the most high end resorts and incredible alpine views.

Utah has the best snow on Earth, tread carefully in planning your elopement and always have a backup plan for the weather. Road closures can happen sporadically October-May in Park City. Summer will be the best time for wildflowers and September/October for Fall leaves.

Zion National Park

Iconic red rock national park located in Southern Utah. Zion National Park is an amazing place to get married with incredible views.

You need someone that knows the area well and can help you navigate the permit process there.

Best time to Get Married in Utah

Summer

Peak wedding season here in Northern Utah tends to be May-August, especially for mountain elopements. Wildflowers tend to bloom around this time making it extra magical. Southern Utah can have extreme heat though - over 100 degrees. Moab and St. George areas are better on the edges of summer.

Fall

The leaves usually change colors around September/October creating a stunning backdrop for your wedding. The weather is perfect in Southern Utah as it starts cooling down in the desert landscapes.

Winter/Spring

Utah usually has long winters, peak rain/snow in March-April. This can be a magical time for a cozy winter wonderland wedding but keep in mind road closures and travel delays that can happen during storms.

It would be an honor to work with you. Many of my couples host their destination elopement in Utah to enjoy the beautiful landscapes it has to offer.

The kindness of Utah vendors and people is unmatched. You'll feel at home here and have the adventure of a lifetime.

Utah is one of the most amazing places to celebrate your marriage. You will be blown away by all the uniqueness Utah has to offer. I'm here to help you remember it all with beautiful photos.
