Based in Northern Utah and working throughout the Southwest, I bring a calm, considered approach to every wedding I photograph. My work has been featured in publications such as Style Me Pretty, Destination I Do, and Wandering Weddings. I’m trusted by couples who value both artistry and experience.

I photograph with intention — offering gentle direction when needed, then stepping back to let moments unfold naturally. From timeline flow to quiet presence during emotional moments, my role is to create space for you to be fully present, while documenting your day with elegance, depth, and care.

While there are many Utah wedding photographers to choose from, I'm a local that will help you have the best time in this incredible state with beautiful photos to remember it all.

An Elevated Approach to Utah Wedding Photography

WELCOME, I'm Kaci

“Kaci is AMAZING. Our wedding day would not have been nearly as perfect without her.”

The first exploratory phone call with her sealed the deal for us. She is so sweet, caring, and creative! We didn’t really know what to expect but she blew us away with how special she made our day and all the support she gave us leading up to it. You can’t go wrong booking her, and your jaw will drop at how beautiful the photos are. Multiple people have independently told us they belong in a magazine!!

I photograph immersive weddings with a view all over the state. Below are some of my favorite Utah venues:

Utah offers an extraordinary range of wedding venues — from the Wasatch mountains to vast desert landscapes. With so much land to explore, you can celebrate getting married somewhere unique that feels secluded and unforgettable.

Salt Lake City is the capital of Utah located in the Northern half, the largest city where you will find the most hotel options. You and your guests will most likely fly into Salt Lake City International Airport if you're coming from out of state, although there are many smaller, regional airports.

Salt Lake City is the place for opulent weddings with room for many guests with venues like The grand Utah state capitol building, historic venues like This is the Place, garden venues, and The Grand America.

Park City Wedding Venues

Imagine a stunning mountain ceremony backdrop with 360-degree views of the Rockies all around. Deer Valley, Sundance, Coalville, and Park City wedding venues are known for their elevated mountain luxury — private estates, alpine lodges, and refined resorts.

Blue Sky Auberge, Stein Erikson Lodge, River Bottoms Ranch, Sundance Resort and Tag Ranch to name a few will offer the most amazing views for your wedding day.

From Ogden and Logan down to Provo and Spanish Fork, Northern Utah wedding venues offer a quieter, more pastoral beauty — rolling hills, hidden lakes, beautiful villas, private ranches, and secluded outdoor spaces. Ideal for couples planning intimate weddings rooted in nature, these venues feel open and peaceful.

Some of my favorite venues are Siempre in Draper, Hidden Orchards in Santaquin, Wadley Farms in LindonLa Caille and Twenty and Creek both in Sandy.

Southern Utah Wedding Venues

These venues are perfect for couples drawn to adventure, privacy, and cinematic scenery. Southern Utah wedding venues are defined by red rock landscapes, desert light, and an awe-inspiring sense of scale. Utah is home to 5 National Parks all located down South - Zions, Arches, Bryce Canyon, Canyon Lands and Capitol Reef.

Moab and St. George are very popular with lots of sunshine. I absolutely love The Red Earth wedding venue and Under Canvas sites. Lake Powell has so much to explore, including Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, and the stunning Amangiri resort nearby.

Dubbed "Queen of the salt flats" by other local photographers, I photograph many couples and ceremonies at the Utah Bonneville Salt Flats in Wendover - about 1.5 hours west of Salt Lake City.

The salt flats are one of the most unique landscapes you can find in the US; A blank canvas for an amazing wedding. If you're looking for engagement photos there, to elope, or to have your whole wedding out there - I can help you navigate the process!

You need an experienced salt flats photographer to help you prepare for flooded or dry season, the harshness of the salt and sun there, and show you all the best locations around the flats.

Salt Flats Photographer

I regularly explore all the beautiful landscapes Utah has to offer. I'm prepared for any weather that comes our way. I work with Utah couples and couples from out of state.

If you're looking for someone that will ensure you look your best, capture every detail and moment, and gently guide you every step of the way then I'm the Utah wedding photographer for you!

I work with couples that are adventurous and elegant. They cherish beautiful scenery and settings as well as seclusion. Please contact me to see if we're a good fit.

Best time to Get Married in Utah

Summer

Peak wedding season here in Northern Utah tends to be May-August, especially for mountain resorts. Wildflowers tend to bloom around this time making it extra magical. Southern Utah can have extreme heat - over 100 degrees.

Fall

The leaves usually change colors around September/October creating a stunning backdrop for your wedding. The weather is perfect in Southern Utah as it starts cooling down in the desert landscapes.

Winter/Spring

Utah usually has long winters, peak rain/snow in March-April. This can be a magical time for a cozy winter wonderland wedding but keep in mind road closures and travel delays that can happen during storms.

It would be an honor to work with you. Many of my couples host their destination wedding in Utah to enjoy the beautiful landscapes it has to offer.

The kindness of Utah vendors and people is unmatched. You'll feel at home here and have the adventure of a lifetime.

Utah is one of the most amazing places to celebrate your marriage. Your guests will be wowed by all the uniqueness Utah has to offer. I'm here to help you remember it all with beautiful photos.
