Resources for Couples

I love locations with beautiful, epic views! Here are some of my favorite adventurous outdoor locations to take my client’s engagement photos. I separated the locations into 5 categories – Mountains & Lakes, Beige & Beachy, Water, and Flowers.

I have also included some bonus destination locations that would be such a fun adventure for your engagement photos or even for your elopement! From there I sorted them from North to South and included the address for you πŸ™‚ I am always open to exploring new places so I would love to hear your beautiful spots in the comments below!

Water – Lakes & Waterfalls

Ogden Canyon Engagement Photos - Kimberly and Kaleb - Kaci Lou Photograph

Pineview Reservoir Ogden Canyon

Stunnng view of the water, you just have to drop down a rope (5 feet) to get to it.

Silver Lake, Big Cottonwood Canyon & Silver Lake/Tibble Fork, American Fork Canyon

I also put these two under “mountains” because they are great for both mountains and water.

Bridal Veil Falls – Provo, Utah 84604

A gigantic waterfall that is easy to walk to. Great backdrop for portraits!

5th Water Hotsprings –

My favorite place in Utah! So many memories. Yellow wildflowers surround the path leading up to the sulfur (bad smell) springs that are warm and so nice to soak in (good minerals for ya too!) Behind the springs there is a giant, cold waterfall.

Utah Lake, Saratoga Springs Utah

My parents live on the west side of the lake in Saratoga Springs. The water is beautiful and the cattails are lovely.
